At Benfleet Music we stock a wide range of instruments, sheet music and accessories. We have thousands of products available in store but if we have not got what you want, we'll endeavour to meet your needs.
Buying from Benfleet Music is easy
You can order from our website without creating a user account, just browse our store and place any items you wish to purchase in the shopping basket. When finished selecting product proceed to the Checkout where you can choose to order without setting up an account or, if you wish, set up an account and we'll remember you next time you visit. You'll also get the benefit of wish lists and any special promotions which we operate from time to time.
If your item is not in stock, we will notify you and offer to back order for you. You will also have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Payment and Security
You have the option to pay by several different methods including major Debit and Credit Cards, Cheque, PayPal or BACS transfer. Debit and Credit Card transactions are handled by PaPal (- you do not need to have a PayPal account). PayPal is a global leader in online payment and has received more than 20 awards for excellence from the internet industry and the business community, so you can be confident that your credit card details are in safe hands. If paying by cheque please allow 5 working days following receipt of the cheque by Benfleet Music before dispatch.
All goods purchased online from Benfleet Music are covered by a 14 working day money back satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or return. Do not return goods without first contacting us to obtain a return authorisation.
It is the customers responsibility to return the goods to us in the condition in which they were supplied.
Benfleet Music will issue a full refund provided the goods are received by us in an undamaged and saleable condition including all original packaging. If goods are damaged or not saleable as new, Benfleet Music reserves the right to reduce the amount of any refund accordingly.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are faulty.
Software, CD's DVD's and Videos cannot be accepted for refund if the seal has been broken.
All goods are sold in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334).
Every new instrument carries a minimum 12 month manufacturers warranty. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange or, where applicable, a full refund.
Faulty Goods: Faulty goods, where the fault is due to manufacturing defect, will be exchanged or refunded where possible within the first 30 days of purchase. After that time and for the remainder of the warranty period, faulty goods will be repaired and returned as quickly as possible free of charge. Persistently faulty goods may be exchanged or refunded. Faults due to misuse are not covered by any warranty.
Damaged Goods: Damaged goods must be reported to Benfleet Music within 48 hours of purchase/delivery of the goods.
